Please note that by booking your pets appointment you (the owner) agree to the following:

1) If your pet is hurt or becomes ill, I (Rebecca Koban) have permission to take your pet to the vet of my choice and all expenses will be paid by you (the owner) unless injury or illness is a direct result of negligence by me (Rebecca Koban).  All Efforts will be attempted to contact you first.

2) I (Rebecca Koban) am not responsible for any accidental death of pet due to pre-existing health conditions or natural disasters (fire, storm, flood, etc.)

3) I (Rebecca Koban) will not be held responsible for clipper burn and/or minor nicks resulting from grooming of matted, neglected coats or for removing coat from pets possessing mild to severe skin allergies.

4) If parasites are found on the pet, I (Rebecca Koban) reserve the right to stop the groom and FULL PAYMENT will be required plus a $15 service fee to sanitize the premises.

5) You (the owner) agrees to be responsible for any property damages by pet.

No-Show and/or cancellation with out a 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of 50%. Payment is required at your next appointment.  Your consideration is appreciated.
